We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent by joining our mailing list. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
Your personal information
Your credit or debit card transactions are secure. All on-line orders through http://www.quadri.co.uk are completed through SagePay to ensure your information is dealt with the highest level of security. We have chosen SagePay for this reason. Your order will process as follows:
- Products are selected on the Quadri website, where all delivery details will be entered.
- You will then be securely transferred to SagePay who will capture your payment details
- You will be prompted to enter your 'Verified by Visa' or 'MasterCard Secure Code' password on your card issuer's page (optional)
- The merchant bank will send your card details to your card issuer who authorises or declines the transaction
- The merchant bank sends the transaction result back to SagePay
- SagePay sends the authorisation result to Quadri and yourself to confirm the result of the transaction
This process takes around 2-3 seconds to complete!
