About Quadri

QUADRI is a one-off family business based in the fashionable Milsom Place complex, situated right in the centre of beautiful Bath.

Trading now for well over 20 years QUADRI has developed an enviable reputation for its Alessi Gallery, housing one of the most comprehensive collections of this famous worldwide design-led Italian Company in the UK. In May 2011, this Gallery was transferred into a new space as the business expanded into the building next door. Now twice its original size, the new QUADRI devotes one side of the shop to Alessi, kitchenware and homeware, while the other side stocks jewellery, watches and gifts.

QUADRI's impressive collection of home and kitchenware features a wide range of different products from contemporary international designers. Well-known and admired European companies such as Philippi, Ritzenhoff and Remember can be found alongside British manufacturers Black & Blum and Repeat Repeat.

The dedicated jewellery and watch area has been carefully created by owner Roger Corfield. Here the emphasis is on a combination of design and quality offered at a fair price. In the QUADRI watch area different tastes are catered for in the diverse ranges of Calvin Klein, Alessi, Skagen of Denmark, Jacob Jensen, Danish Design and Michel Herbelin.

QUADRI's jewellery collection has distinct flair represented by the bold fashion works of Antares and Etnika, Sandrine Giraud of France and Coeur de Lion of Germany. A collection of more classic and beautifully designed jewellery is represented by the work of Jane Watling, Tezer, Tales from the Earth, Deco Echo, Maryla Dubiel and many others.

QUADRI of Bath really is a 'one stop shop' for those shoppers who are looking for something different and inspiring for every member of the family. If you can visit Bath, do come and see us. If not, this website is a good representation of our collection and new products will appear regularly.

Bath Life - Kate Authers

Quadri is a design-led gift and accessories emporium, and sits perfectly in the slick design of Milsom Place occupying possibly the most sought after spot in Bath; next door to Jamie's Italian.

But you don't need to visit Jamie's for an excuse to check out their Alessi gallery - incidentally one of the biggest in the country - or their one-off pieces of jewellery made from a mixture of Murano glass, gold and silver, made locally by the likes of Jane Watling, or imported in from tiny studios in Italy and Poland.

If you've ever been stuck for ideas for presents for men - and they're not the easiest people to buy for - Quadri is the one-stop shop for inspiration: “We stock things you wouldn't think of unless you saw them”, says Roger; from a motorbike-come-paperclip holder-come-paperweight, interesting shoehorns, a leather change tray, individually designed cufflinks, compasses, beautiful Dalvey pocket watches, not to mention their selection of wrist watches from big brand names such as Issey Miyake.

Once voted as South Africa's top television presenter, Roger has also been sales and marketing director for Hoover and has a degree in fine art, so it's not surprising he's created a gallery-like feel to the shop, which is filled with goodies you really want to buy: “We sell well-designed, quality products. Quadri could sell almost anything as long as that common denominator is present.”

When a shop is this good and the prices are reasonable, it's no wonder people come from as far as London to do their Christmas shopping. And just think, Bath; it's right here on your doorstep.
